We have a passion for excellence and innovation in preschool education

IVY Wonder is a Montessori preschool in Newtown, Kolkata — a child development school built on a deep passion for early childhood education. We have developed a comprehensive curriculum that nurtures every dimension of a child's growth: cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative. Our early childhood learning program draws from Maria Montessori's principles — that the years from birth to age six are the most formative. At IVY Wonder, this philosophy becomes a joy-filled education center where children learn through exploration, movement, storytelling, music, art, and sensory play.

A Special Space for Every Child

At Our Day Nursery, every child's journey matters. As a Montessori preschool in Newtown, Kolkata, we've created a dedicated wing for children with autism, ADHD, and other diverse abilities—a calm, nurturing space guided by a child psychologist and special educator. With separate classes, timing, and faculty, we offer personalized care while gently building bridges to the larger nursery community. Here, every child feels seen, supported, and deeply valued.

Our healthy and fun-filled environment at our Montessori preschool in Newtown, Kolkata engages children to learn through hands-on apparatus following the Montessori methodology. As Maria Montessori says, "The most important period of life is not the age of university studies, but the first one, from birth to the age of six. For that is the time when man's intelligence itself is being formed."
